It has a master bedroom en suite overlooking the ocean. Even sitting in the bath you don’t have to miss out on a peek at the ocean, it will make you dream away.

There are also two bedrooms mountainside with a shared bathroom, an open plan kitchen in which one can cook (should you even want to with numerous restaurants at hand!) however, you’ll be part of your company at all times.

For your convenience the apartment is equipped with free fibre internet, a full DSTV subscription for moments when the view of the ocean is getting too much for you.

Not interested in swimming in the ocean, there is a communal swimming pool on the ground floor as is the braai area for all to use.

A free covered parking bay is allotted, so no need to worry about where to park your car. The reception area is manned 24-hours a day and they will be able to deal with any problem in both English and Afrikaans.

Gorgeous sandy beaches

Gorgeous sandy beaches only a stones throw away. If you like to be more sporty, head out to one of the superb golf courses close by or get yourself a surfboard or kayak and enjoy the waves to name some activities.

Feel like shopping? Head to Somerset Mall with over 200 stores to browse and just a mere 8 minutes away or go for more choices to Canal Walk only a 30 minute drive towards Cape Town. What to think of Cape Town’s Waterfront with shopping, dining, entertainment and anything you can think of.

If you appreciate a good glass of wine, with over 150 wineries in the area, this is the place to be! It will be hard not to find your perfect glass of award winning shiraz or chardonnay to accompany your pre-dinner snack.

The Helderberg Mountains form the backdrop of the area and are well known to hikers with various routes to walk and enjoy.

Wander through the old university town of Stellenbosch (20 minutes drive), have a look at the various shops and enjoy a good cup of coffee on the sidewalk.

Go on a boat trip out of Hout Bay to watch the seals (all year), or whale watching in Hermanus (from July – November), be overwhelmed by the Spring flowers (end of August – beginning September), go swimming with penguins at Boulders Beach, or for the more adventurous…head out on the ocean for shark cage diving!

Visit the various musea in Cape Town, enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Waterfront.
